When Chick-fil-A is giving away free chicken sandwiches to anyone wearing sports gear, the choice for dinner is pretty much a no brainer. Toby and Reagan backed the Bolts with some Chargers action while Rylie and I sported the Bruin blue and yellow. Rylie kept saying "we're going to the Bruins" which I think is a merge of "go bruins!" and "we're going to chick-fil-a"; two things she hears often.
Wondering what other teams are backed by San Antonians? Based on a very scientific poll while waiting for our dinner, we observed fans for the following teams:
- Longhorn (the majority)
- Spurs (probably a close tie with the Longhorns)
- A&M (Aggie Nation, right?)
- Cowboys
- Greenbay (a surprising two separate groups)
- Patriots (btw... I think I decided I don't dislike any team more than the Pats)
- Vikings
- Rice
- and one lone fan for that NFL team in Denver

ReplyDeleteBy the way, apparently Luke thinks Reagan is pretty cute. The other day he said Tessa was a cute baby, but not as cute as Reagan!! Isn't that funny? He quickly retracted his statement upon questioning by his mommy - what kind of loyalty is that?

Man we need to send those girls some real sports wear!! I am sad that you didn't see any Steelers or Tarheels down there in the lonestar state!! We will try to remedy that situation for next time. :-)
