Are We Keeping the Cats?

To answer a frequently asked question, No. Our resolve has maintained and we are loving on these kittens with the full mindset that they are going to the animal defense league as soon as they hit 2 lbs (the minimum weight for spay/neuter).

Much to Toby's disappointment, their latest weigh-ins, on the postal scale Toby enthusiastically purchased in order to track their progress out the door, revealed that they are 1.25 - 1.5 pounds. I guess we may have them here a little longer than expected... The good news? That means you still have a chance to claim your precious kitten! They are actually fun to have around and very social little ladies. It has been a great learning experience for Rylie and it is really neat to see their trust in people come full circle!

ps. Toby would never say this but I will say that our resolve might not be as strong if we didn't have a brand new puppy in the house too!

    I think you need to set up a poll and see how many people think you are actually going to get rid of these little ladies come a month from now!!
